Shipping & Delivery

Cost of Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $150.

For orders under $150, a flat rate of $15 applies.

Please note that we currently ship within Australia only.

 

Order Processing & Availability

Orders are processed from our Melbourne warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days of payment being received. During busy sales periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed dispatch times.

If any items in your order are unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss how you would like to proceed.

 

Shipping Your Order

Most orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, which includes tracking and requires a signature upon delivery.

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a collection card for pickup from your local post office.

Oversized Items

Some larger items such as tents or bulk camping equipment may be shipped via an alternative freight provider.

If this applies to your order:

· We will notify you

· The freight provider may contact you to arrange delivery

Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected to a different address.

 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Major Cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Tasmania): 3–5 business days

Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Remote Areas: May experience longer delivery times

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

 

Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing camping gear online can sometimes require adjustments.

Change of Mind

We accept returns on full-priced items within 10 days of purchase, provided:

· The item is unused

· It is in original packaging

· All labels and tags are attached

· A copy of the original invoice is included

Discounted items are eligible for exchange only within the same 10-day period.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

· Your order number

· Photos of the issue

· A description of the problem

We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and arrange an appropriate resolution.

To request a return, please email us with:

· Your full name

· Contact details

· Order number

· Reason for return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
