Cost of Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $150.

For orders under $150, a flat rate of $15 applies.

Please note that we currently ship within Australia only.

Order Processing & Availability

All orders are processed from our Melbourne warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to process most orders within 1-2 business days after payment is received. During peak sale periods, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, processing timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

If any items in your order are unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss the next steps. Please note that product availability may change and could impact order processing.

Shipping Your Order

Orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel, providing secure and trackable delivery with signature confirmation.

To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available during business hours to accept the parcel.

Oversized Items

Some larger items, such as tents or bulk camping equipment, may be shipped via an alternative freight provider. If this applies to your order, we will notify you accordingly.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at your address at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a notification card with details of your nearest collection point.
